  • Advanced Placement Testing

College Board has indicated that they are adjusting the tests but details will not be released until April 3. Once we know exactly what the test schedule will look like, what content will be covered, what technology will be needed, and what internal processes may be necessary we will message information out to all of our AP students and parents.  We anticipate that a formal message will be sent out Monday, April 6.

  • Spring SAT Canceled

The April 14 State SAT has been canceled for all Illinois high schools.  Additionally, College Board has also canceled all May National tests. This year's early graduates and those needing an SAT score for graduation requirements will have this requirement waived for the current school year. The Illinois State Board of Education is reviewing opportunities for a State SAT in the Fall of 2020, but has not made a final determination.  District 230 will also review any possibilities.  We realize this may be unsettling for our juniors, however, know that all juniors across the nation are facing the same dilemma and all post-secondary institutions will need to make accommodations to account for this reality.  District 230 will keep our students and families informed as more information is provided by both ISBE and College Board.
