• How to Enroll a New Student

    New student enrollment is completed by appointment only.  Before calling to schedule an appointment, a parent/legal guardian must complete the following steps:
    1. Download the "New Student Enrollment Checklist" - this is a comprehensive list of required documentation in order to enroll a student 
    2. Withdraw the student from their current school & obtain all necessary records (as listed in the New Student Enrollment Checklist), including an unofficial/official transcript
    3. Download and complete the "Student Information Sheet" 
    4. Download and complete the "Residency Verification Form" - all required residency documents must be provided to the Guidance staff in order to enroll a student
    Please call the Guidance Office at 708/671-3125 to schedule an appointment and possible course placement testing once all required documents have been collected as outlined above.
