26-27 grants

This year, the District 230 Foundation has awarded over $30,000 in grants to support innovative teaching and learning at Carl Sandburg, Amos Alonzo Stagg, and Victor J. Andrew High Schools.

The grants, part of the Foundation’s teacher-driven competitive program, fund creative projects and programs that go beyond traditional classroom resources. The District 230 Foundation, a collaboration between community volunteers and school leaders, works to enhance educational opportunities for students across the district.

The funded projects will be implemented during the 2026-27 school year and will be showcased throughout the year as they benefit Eagles, Chargers, and T-Bolts alike.

Read all about the 2026-27 grants awarded on the  D230 Foundation website.
