Instructional Services
District 230 supports the academic achievement of all students at the highest level. Our curriculum work includes:
- Identifying essential learning targets
- Aligning with Common Core standards
- Developing common formative and summative assessments
- Demonstrating best practice teaching strategies
- Training staff for new materials, new units, and assessment development and using aligned curriculum and instruction with common embedded assessments is our long-range improvement plan for the district.
