Academic Summer School
Summer School 2026 will be available in an online and blended format for students.
Dates: Credit Recovery and Accelerated
Session 1: June 8-June 25
Session 2: July 6-July 23
Cost: $200 per course per session.
Credit Recovery Course
Credit recovery courses are designed for students who need to recover credits for courses not completed during the school year. Students enrolled in summer credit recovery will complete coursework through a remote, online platform. Each student will be assigned a District 230 staff member who will monitor progress, provide support, and facilitate course requirements during the scheduled session.
Accelerated Course
Accelerated summer courses are intended for students who are meeting graduation requirements and taking the course for the first time. These courses allow students to earn credits more quickly, creating flexibility to explore additional electives and interests during the school year. Students will complete coursework through the Canvas platform with support from an assigned District 230 staff member. To enroll in a full-year course, students must register for both Session 1 and Session 2.
